It's difficult for the Australian squad to set fresh records.

The greatest achievements have already been conquered.

This is the team that has won seven Cricket World Cups, along with an additional six T20 titles, and earlier maintained 1,294 days without defeat in 50-over cricket.

The secondary achievements, those for the achievement hunters, are all that remain for a squad that has won it all.

That it took until Sunday's success by three wickets over India for them to achieve their initial ODI chase over 300, regaining their record for the largest in women's cricket's 50-over format, is, honestly, a tribute to the pitchers that have sported the yellow jersey over the last half-century.

It's difficult for their batters to possess a record if not afforded the chance.

Ultimately, the outcome of Australia allowing 330 runs was captain Alyssa Healy being given an opportunity to deliver her newest gem.

"To chase 330 is uncharted waters so I'm happy we have the assurance to accomplish that now," continued Healy.

"Preferably we shouldn't have to do it another time but, if necessary, we believe we can do it."

These statements will be the ultimate thing Australia's opponents at this championship need to hear.

In recent days a sense they will win from any position has only strengthened - this success succeeding success over Pakistan by 107 runs despite struggling at 76-7 at a certain moment.
